Chocolate Banana Popcicles
You will need:
3 ripe bananas
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tsps butter
rainbow sprinkles
6 popcicle sticks
small bowl
cutting board
parchment paper


Peel the bananas and cut each one in half. Cut a little of the top ends off to make them easier to handle.


Push a popcicle stick half way up the cut end of each piece. Place on a cutting board and put them in the freezer.


Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until smooth.


Lay down the parchment paper. Take 1 banana at a time and pour chocolate over it, turning to coat fully.



Decorate with the sprinkles of your choice and hold for a bit to set the chocolate. Return to the freezer and get another banana to repeat the process. When all the bananas are done, leave them in the freezer for at least an hour before eating.
